This spacious, two-storey stone-decorated Villa is located at the very top of the complex, offering complete privacy, comfort, and spectacular sea and mountain views. With a total indoor area of 120 square meters, the villa is ideal for larger families or groups of friends. 

The layout includes four separate bedrooms: 

• Upper floor: Three bedrooms and two modern WC rooms with showers. 
• Ground floor: One additional bedroom with 2 single beds, a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a comfortable sitting area. 

At the front of the villa, you’ll find a private infinity pool with stunning views of both the sea and the mountains, surrounded by a furnished terrace for outdoor relaxation. 
 (2025 season: The pool is heated to 24–25°C during April–May and October, depending on weather conditions.) 

The villa is fully air-conditioned, with individual units in all four bedrooms, and provides all the conveniences of a private home.
