(During the low season — April, May, and October — the pool is pleasantly heated to 24–25°C, depending on weather conditions.)

Upper Floor:
A bright bedroom with a double bed, open shower, toilet, and a large window offering stunning sea views.
Ground Floor:
A comfortable living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with either a double bed or two single beds, and a modern bathroom for extra convenience.
With a total indoor area of approximately 70 m², each villa provides generous space to unwind, complemented by a private pool of 30–35 m² and an outdoor area of around 60 m² — perfect for sunbathing, dining, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
