Check-In & Check-Out 

• Check-in time: from 15:00 
  Early check-in may be arranged based on availability and prior request, at no additional cost. 
• Check-out time: by 11:00 
  Late check-out (up to 20:00) may be available, subject to availability. Additional charges apply. 

Housekeeping & Linen Service 

• Daily cleaning service is provided. 
• Towels and bed linen are changed every second day. 
• Beach and pool towels are not provided. Kindly note that bathroom towels must not be used at the pool or beach areas. 

Nearby Amenities 

• A mini market and bakery are conveniently located just 50 meters from the hotel. 
• Local bus stop: approximately 1 km away. 
• Koutouloufari village: a traditional and scenic village only 200 meters from Marni Village, featuring local tavernas, charming alleys, cozy bars, and grocery shops. 
• Hersonissos main street: about 1.5 km away, offering additional restaurants, shops, and entertainment. 

Currency & Banking 

• The official currency is the Euro (€). 
• Currency exchange is available at Greek banks and exchange offices. 
• ATMs are located within walking distance of the hotel and along the main road in Hersonissos. 

Medical Assistance 

• First aid assistance is available at our reception. 
• A doctor from the local Medical Center can be called to visit the property if needed. 
• Medical Centers are located in Hersonissos and Malia. 
• A university hospital is situated in Heraklion, approximately 29 km away. 
  • Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance and all necessary documents. 

Driving Instructions 

From Heraklion International Airport: 

• Take the E75 National Highway toward Agios Nikolaos. 
• After approximately 25 km, pass the first exit to Hersonissos ("Limin Hersonissou") and take the second exit labeled "Hersonissos / Stalida". 
• Continue to the T-junction, turn left onto the main road. 
• When you see the Spar supermarket on your left, turn left just before it and take the uphill road. 
• After 150 meters, turn left again, and at the end of the road, turn right. The entrance to Marni Village is 200 meters ahead on your left. 

From Heraklion Ferry Port: 

• Exit the port and follow signs to the National Road (E75) towards Agios Nikolaos. 
• Follow the same directions as above. 
• Alternatively, take a public bus (500m to the right from port exit) to Belvedere Stop in Hersonissos, then a taxi to Marni Village (approx. €8). 

Transfers: Airport & Port 

We offer private taxi and minivan transfers to and from Heraklion Airport or Ferry Port: 

• Taxi (up to 4 persons): €45 
• Minivan (up to 8 persons): €70 

To book your transfer, please contact us via email with your flight or ferry details, or use our online transfer request form. Your driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal with a name board. All our drivers are familiar with Marni Village. If you take a taxi from the airport queue and the driver is unsure of our location, feel free to ask them to call our reception at +30 28970 23172 for directions. 

Car Hire 

Guests may book car rentals directly through our reception at special rates in partnership with a trusted local provider. Delivery to the hotel is available within minutes. 

Electricity 

• The electrical current is 220V AC (50Hz). 
• Guests from the United Kingdom will require a plug adaptor. 
• Guests from the United States will require a voltage transformer.
