Our newly constructed Villas, completed in 2023, offer a luxurious retreat with a large private infinity pool, providing stunning views of both the sea and the mountains. The private pool is heated during the low season (April-May and October), maintaining a comfortable temperature of 24-25°C, depending on weather conditions.
Enjoy the morning sun on the spacious terrace next to the pool, and unwind in the afternoon sun on the cozy patio at the back of the house. These villas are designed to offer both comfort and privacy in a beautiful setting.
On the upper floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, an open shower, and a toilet, along with a large window that frames the breathtaking sea view. On the ground floor, the living room features a kitchenette, two sofa/beds, and another bathroom for added convenience.
With a total room size of approximately 55 square meters and a pool size ranging from 25 to 30 square meters, the outdoor area spans around 60 square meters, offering ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.
